Drama students go Galapagos with Wider Earth

Recently, Chisholm’s year 9 Drama students travelled to the Billie Brown Studio in Brisbane to be wowed by Queensland Theatre Company’s and Dead Puppet Society’s co-production of The Wider Earth.

More than three years in development, this enchanting play follows Charles Darwin’s round-the-world voyage on the Beagle as he discovers the mysteries of life and evolution.

The play featured spectacular puppets, from the tiniest fish and beetles to giant tortoises and sharks.

Students raved about the production on the ride home and are now busily writing their reviews for this must see show.
