Thank you for considering Chisholm Catholic College, Cornubia, for your child’s secondary education.  

The College accepts Application for Enrolment w​hen students are in Year 4.  The interview process will commence in Term 4 of that year or Term 1 the following year, and continue until all vacancies are filled.  

How to Enrol​

​You may apply for enrolment through our Online Enrolment Application.  Please note:  the "Make an Enquiry" form is not the Online Application for Enrolment.  Click this link for the Online Application for Enrolment form:

If applying for enrolment for more than 1 student, when the form is completed an option will be available to submit another enrolment for each additional student.

​Should you not be able to enrol via the preferred Online option.  Please contact the College Registrar - 3209 0700.


​Enrolment Process​​

  1. Submit Application for Enrolment – Online
  2. Provide supporting ​documentation:​
    • ​Birth Certificate
    • Baptismal Certificate (if baptised)
    • Last two School Reports​
    • NAPLAN Testing Results (as applicable)
    • ​Any medical or Learning reports and 
    • If noted in your application:  Legal Documentation, Medical Action Plan and Student Specialist Assessments
If your child was not born in Australia or is not an Australian Citizen, the below documents will also need to be submitted:
    • Australian Citizenship Documentation
    • Current Visa
    • Current Passport

3. ​​ ​​Enrolment Interview - Based on the information supplied in the Enrolment Application, parents/guardians and students may be invited to attend an interview, as per our Enrolment Timelines below.

The interviews are conducted with a member of the College Leadership Team:  Principal, Deputy Principal or Assistant Principals; and take place throughout the academic year.

​​4.  ​​Offer of a Place: Following the interview, should an Offer of Enrolment result, we will mail you including an Acceptance Form which will need to be completed so as to accept the offer, along with an Enrolment Fee to secure your child’s place at the College. 

​A non-refundable Confirmation of Enrolment Fee is required on submission of the Acceptance of Enrolment forms:

  • 2024 New student enrolments Years 8-12 and Year 7, 2025 Enrolments - Enrolment Fee of $330.  $130 will be credited to your first Terms Fees.  This enrolment fee is non-refundable should your child not commence at the College.​​​
  • 2025 New Student enrolments Years 8-12 and Year 7, 2026 Enrolments - Enrolment Fee of $300.  Non-refundable should your child not commence at the College.
